Valued Customer,

Plumbing problems or needs, unfortunately, happen when we least expect them or want them. And now with the Corona Virus requiring a “Stay at Home Order” from the Governor of the State of Florida, we are all concerned about how to manage our daily needs much less emergency needs like plumbing issues.

Fortunately, plumbing companies are approved “Essential Services”! And All Septic All Plumbing is business, as usual, offering 24/7 plumbing services.

However, business, as usual, has had a few changes. We are all anxious about the Corona Virus, and the thought of bringing a plumbing contractor into your home only adds to your anxiety. We want to ensure all our customers we are complying with All CDC Guidelines and more including:

  • Limit contact and practice social distancing. Our Field Technicians have been advised to avoid handshakes and to keep a safe distance of 6 feet or more from customers during service.
  • Our trucks are stocked with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks.
  • If you’re feeling sick, please let our dispatcher know so we can notify our drivers to take extra precautions during your service.

As a reminder, we recommend pumping your septic tank, at a minimum, every 2 years. If you have not done so we suggest you book your appointment immediately. An increase in water usage could cause a septic back up, spilling sewage into your tub or shower and back up in your toilets. To avoid an emergent situation regular pump outs are recommended.

All Septic All Plumbing will continue to put the best interests of our Customers and Staff first as we all deal with the current situation. Our goal is to minimize the amount of person-to-person contact over the coming weeks to help prevent the spread of this virus.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of crisis and thank you for being a loyal customer. For more on resolving your plumbing needs and our commitment to everyone’s health safety, please give us a call @ (239) 997-2727.
